Little Nyonya Cuisine has been in Pavalion KL end of 2014. We so happy too see the new branches in KL. Little Nyonya Cuisine is recommended by famous TV host and it's always full in Penang, Queensbay Mall. 




Nasi Lemak with Otak Otak 
(Erm.... I still prefer Muar otak)

Nyonya Cendul (abit sweet for me)

Seriously, we feel disappointed with the food here. Don't think we will come back again.

爱吃燒臘? 哪你一定要来这间鼎鼎大名的~尊儀燒臘飯店。
 无论是叉烧,烧肉,鸡饭,或者是鸭饭都可以令你印象深刻,回味无穷。 我和我的家人都是他的常客哦。。
如果想試試的朋友,那可要提早去买了。不然很快就會賣完。

叉烧,烧肉都是用最好的三層肉,一層油一層肉,吃起來真是肉嫩油香。
燒鴨多肉又不会太肥腻,脆又香
客家酿豆腐也千万别错过, 一流!

[美食] Uncle Duck Fishball Noodle, Pudu ( 得哥鱼蛋粉)

My favorite restaurant whenever I go to Pudu morning market.


Curry fish balls is one of the must eat food 
Love their Hong Kong Milk Tea, the taste exactly like Hong Kong

[食谱] 香蕉薄饼 (Banana pancake)

香蕉,是我们家的最爱。除了直接吃还可以做成奶昔或者是配燕麦吃。这次,我却尝试用云吞皮来做香蕉薄饼。 
主料:
1)香蕉 1根
2)水 少许
3)云吞皮 8片
做法:
1)把香蕉切片。

2)再把一片香蕉放在云吞皮上。
3)云吞皮上涂上水。
2)把四角对折。  
 4)成长方形。
 5)不粘锅放少许油烧热,用小火将饼煎至两面均匀。 


6)金黄色的香蕉薄饼 ,香甜酥脆。

[食谱] 海绵蛋糕 (Sponge cake)

家里没有烤箱也能烤蛋糕哦!
  这是我第一次做蛋糕而且是用迷你电饭煲。全程有点小紧张,因为都不被家人看好 :(   原因是一个新鸟 + 没有完善的设备~烤箱不可能做出成功的蛋糕。为了证明我是可以的我一定要做出成绩让他们掉眼镜。

主料:
1)海绵粉 500g (在烘焙店买的)
2)鸡蛋 500g 
3)牛油 125g
4)水 125g
做法:
1)将鸡蛋倒入海绵粉搅拌。
2)加入水直到没有面糊。 
3)然后再倒入牛油,继续混合均匀。
4) 在锅子涂上一层油,以便容易脱模。
5)最后将好了得面糊倒入迷你电饭煲,烤45分钟。 
6)香甜可口的海绵蛋糕就制作完成啦。

备注: 1包500g的海绵蛋糕粉可以做出3个海绵蛋糕。

[食谱] 纸杯蓝莓馬芬蛋糕 (Blueberry Muffin Cake)

为了配合公司的热潮,我也跟着公司的同事们一起学做~ 蓝莓馬芬

主料:
1)蓝莓馬芬粉 500g (在烘焙店买的)
2)鸡蛋 175g
3)牛奶 113g
4)牛油 140g
做法:
1)将所有材料(除了牛油)倒入蓝莓馬芬搅拌 。
2)加入牛油直到没有面糊。继续混合均匀。
 3)最后将好了得面糊倒入纸杯,180度约烤20分钟。
 香甜可口的海绵蛋糕就制作完成啦。
哈哈哈,我的处女纸杯蓝莓馬芬蛋糕 出炉啦。 整间家都还飘香着蓝莓的香味。。。好香。。。好甜。。。。。好幸福哦~
