[美食] Restoran Char Siew Yoong, Jalan Peel (叉燒楊家家來燒臘店）

昨天吃了不是很理想的玻璃叉烧。今天决定再要去找传说中好吃的玻璃叉烧。通过网络我们来到了这家曾经在Peel Road很有名的叉烧Yong, 现在已经迁移到民阵大厦附近。这次我们两个人大概早上10多就到了目的地；可见已经有很多人。



我们叫了两人份的叉烧和烧肉。 
（注我个人觉的) 吃下去的第一个口感是肥和油腻。虽然叉烧很卡兹卡兹可是还是很油腻。

 烧鸡好吃。

汤有点咸。

经过连续两天都是第一次尝试（真的有点儿失望），我因该在一两个月内不会再去吃烧腊饭。

今天大老远从吉隆坡驾车到沙亚南吃知名的～玻璃叉烧。本地著名的王翠玲曾主持过《一日五餐》的电视节目和几家报章也来这里访问过。　

 阳光烧腊专卖店就在ＮＳＫ附近

半肥瘦的玻璃叉烧。光看就让人口水直流。
（注我个人觉的)外层除了焦香之外。我只是吃到肥肉，一点都没叉烧的味道。

外皮脆脆的烧肉和烧鸭。
（注我个人觉的)很香脆又很咸的烧肉和烧鸭　

 你可以选择配饭或者是配面。而我们选择了云吞面。

（注我个人觉的)　面不错没有碱的味道可是被它很咸的酱汁给抢了。

油麦　
（注我个人觉的)　全场最好吃的就是它。

我们这一趟４个人一起去找吃，分量超少尤其是烧鸭，

３杯水。既然要九十多块。有点贵咯。说真的有点小失望。

[美食] Restaurant Chiun Yi, BelaKong (尊儀燒臘飯店)

爱吃燒臘？ 哪你一定要来这间鼎鼎大名的~尊儀燒臘飯店。
 无论是叉烧，烧肉，鸡饭,或者是鸭饭都可以令你印象深刻，回味无穷。 我和我的家人都是他的常客哦。。

如果想試試的朋友，那可要提早去买了。不然很快就會賣完。

叉烧，烧肉都是用最好的三層肉，一層油一層肉，吃起來真是肉嫩油香。

燒鴨多肉又不会太肥腻，皮更是又脆又香

客家酿豆腐也千万别错过， 一流！

I was brought here by my colleague. Surprisingly that one of my colleague who is staying nearby SS2 Mall was not aware of this hidden restaurant too.. Hahaha..... 

A glass of lemon grass to wash your mouth. 

Chicken was tender enough.

The Cha Siew are too good. We order another small portion (RM8)

 

Half fat half lean ~ and melt into your mouth.

The Springy noodles topped with crispy fish skin.  Noodles is quite a small portion. Would suggest to order large since the different is only RM 1

Roasted crispy pork was nothing to shout about.

Char Siew Zhai Wantan Mee, PJ Paramount (叉烧仔云吞面)

Char Siew Zhai is famous with their "Flying Wantan Mee". You can easily see them tossing and catching the noodles. Hopefully my noodles doesn't touch the ceiling. Hahaha... Noodles are prepared, just dip and cook the noodles in a hot boiling water and run through the standard quick bath on cool water to create the springy noodle texture.

Char Siew (BBQ pork) is a bit hard, caramelized sweet and slightly burnt.

Tasteless clear soup. I added quite a bit of pepper to bring out the flavour.

Other than noodle you can also go with rice.

Wong Mei Kee Hainan Chicken Rice, Pudu (王美记海南鸡饭)

Was looking for this famous place long time ago. Finding this place also a challenge. 

They only start serving at 12.30 noon same goes to their food order. 

 Roast (half of) chicken for two, RM 22

Roasted crispy pork (per strip), RM 14.50. The crisp crunchy golden-orange crackling and succulent just-fatty-enough layers of pork, the entire toppling pile of siew yoke was wiped out.

A must for Chilli lover.

Don't forget your Free soup while waiting for your food.

Restoran Chan Meng Kee, PJ SS2 (陈明记雲吞麵)

I Love their wide chewy egg noodles. The Char Siew was soft with sufficient bite but lacked of the balance of pork fat.

Wonton soup base was pleasant . On top, greens, and scallions was added along. 

Overall, I like the dish.
